Trinity Hospital Twin City regularly employs approximately 211 area residents, making it one of the larger employers in southern Tuscarawas County. The Hospital is governed by a thirteen member volunteer Board of Trustees, and the Hospital's day to day operations are led by the Interim Chief Executive Officer, Frank Swinehart.

The Trinity Hospital Twin City Human Resources Department is responsible for coordinating all employee benefit and compensation programs. The department also processes all employment applications and maintains a file of job descriptions and performance evaluations.
